The Inter-American Children Institute (IIN), develop in a set of actions that can be grouped in the broad sense of technical assistance to States. Within these activities and processes we find the Internship Program.
WHAT DOES IT INVOLVE BEING A PART OF THE IIN?
Being a trainee of the IIN involves integrating a work team into one of the priority lines defined in the Action Plan and contributing from its training to the preparation of products and proposals under the supervision of the IIN-OAS technicians. It also includes participation in training activities and access to online courses dictated by the institution.

|REQUIREMENTS + Internship Conditions + INTERNSHIP PERIODS + SELECTION PROCESS +||The IIN-OAS and the Catholic University of Uruguay maintain a macro agreement that includes the "Promotion of the organization of a system of educational practices, by which technicians or students of the Catholic University of Uruguay can undertake training internships in the study that they attend, in dependencies of the IIN-OAS, in the areas of activity of this one.|
Among those who aspire to carry out their internship in the IIN, a selection is made based on the relevance of their training with the lines of work of the Institute, taking care to reflect the largest number of Member States of the Inter-American System.
